The 36.8-metre Ocean King Ducale 120 superyacht is preparing for launch at the Chioggia shipyard in Venice, Italy. The displacement yacht is the first in the Ducale 120 series and is expected to be delivered to her new owners later this year.

The Ducale 120 features interior and exterior design by Italy-based design house VYD Studio, with naval architecture penned by InNave. The yacht features a steel and aluminium superstructure with an interior volume of 334 GT.

The interior of the Ducale 120 yacht is characterised by modern and elegant lines, exhibiting a harmonious balance between interior and exterior spaces. Her guests will be able to enjoy expanses of light thanks to the vast side windows that can be opened to full height on the side walkways.

Some of her key features include two swimming pools with a seawater swimming pool built between the wide and deep stern beach club and the main deck. The second swimming pool is heated and located on the sun deck, surrounded by large sun beds and a bar.

The team is now waiting for high tide tomorrow morning, when she will be loaded onto a floating pontoon so that he propellors can be fitted. She is expected to be in the water in the coming days and for sea trials to begin towards the end of the week. Performance-wise, the Ducale 120 is equipped with twin MAN engines that allow her to reach a top speed of 14 knots, with a cruising speed of 12 knots.
